Takeout at Home: Lemon Chicken

Takeout Chinese food is one of the biggest points of difference in the hubs and my relationship.  He is a loyal eater of Panda Express, but there's a local place I much prefer.  We often call in my order, pick up Panda for E, and then pick up my order on the way home.  It's really efficient.  Occasionally I cave and just get Panda's 'Sweet Fire Chicken' so we only have to go one place for dinner, but the only time everyone wins is when we have homemade Chinese food.  Lemon chicken is a favorite of ours, it's crispy, sweet, tangy, and I take great comfort in knowing the exact meat of which my Chinese food is comprised.  It's the little things.
