4 ingredient s'mores squares

I have an irrational love for marshmallows.  In all forms (except peeps because they're gross).  On Saturday, I ate all the marshmallows out of the box of Lucky Charms.  Don't judge.  S'mores squares are a slightly less ridiculous way to enjoy and share my marshmallow enjoyment.  Plus they're four ingredients and take 7 minutes to make.  Win-win.
  • 3 Tbs margarine or butter
  • 8-10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 12 oz (one box) Golden Grahams
  1. Grease a 9x9 pan, set aside.
  2. In a LARGE microwave safe bowl, heat marshmallows and butter stirring every 20 seconds, until melted, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir Golden Grahams in until evenly coated.  Then gently stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Press mixture into pan, and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top.  Chill for at least an hour, and the cut into squares.
  5. Try not to eat five in one sitting.
Yields ~16 squares.
