dress: target | blouse: kohls | belt: j.crew factory Might I advise against 4 inch heels in snow, ice, and slush.  I had this cute little location scoped out for this photo sesh, and then almost died just walking down the flight of steps outside my apartment.  ...Last year for my company's holiday party I rocked some fantastic 5" heels in a blizzard.  I ended up walking to the car barefoot afterwards. Brrr.  Maybe I should go back to my functional shoes...
