Can I just say how excited I am that J.Crew Factory introduced a version of this metallic arrow sweatshirt?!  I'm seriously considering buying a backup because I simply adore mine.  It was easily one of my most worn layering pieces last winter, because it's just so versatile.  I wore it earlier in the day with a black pencil skirt, booties and a glitzy necklace, then changed into jeans and sneakers later when I didn't need to be dressy.  Yup, I love it.  Oh and it's on sale.  Woot!
