I am a shoe snob, and I was SO impressed with the quality of these sandals for the price point.

Is there such thing as a run-on blog title?  Because I think I may have accomplished a run on blog title.  Sorry, not sorry.  I have a lot to squeeze in this post though and I wanted to make sure it all got its moment of glory in the title... So let's do this.

Overalls

I have been casually looking for a pair of overalls for quite a few months now.  I got a denim skinny pair of overalls from H&M (seen here) over the Winter, but they were quickly relegated to the "oops" resale pile, because I just didn't like how fitted they were.  When I stumbled upon this pair online at Forever 21, I figured there was roughly a 15% chance they would actually fit and flatter me (especially after having to try 3 sizes of the dress in this post to find the size that fit like the model...). 
Well I succeeded on the first try and I love them.  The fit is perfectly relaxed without looking dumpy, and they have the most fabulous little details: the braid down the sides, the flattering slant pockets, the d-ring straps, and the perfectly placed cargo pockets.  When I wore them out on Saturday, multiple store associates stopped me to ask where they are from, and when I answered Forever 21 they were all surprised.  They actually remind me of these Madewell ones, but not $148 and a little more feminine.
