Fall Essentials on Sale!

Guess what time it is?!  Shopbop's Friends + Family Sale!  It's one of my favorite sales to stock up on my go-to  pricier staples, or splurge on something a little fun and trendy.  I've picked some of my current favorites that are included in the sale below...

T by Alexander Wang Tees

These are my absolute favorite staple, hands down.  They are also however one of the priciest items in my wardrobe... so what better time to scoop a few up than when they're 25% off?!  I added the medium gray last sale, but I think I may need the olive this time around, because olive.  I wear my usual size small in these, and they are tailored, but not tight.  They drape so perfectly, and I love the not quite v-neckline and the slightly longer sleeves.  Heads up, the white is a tad sheer.  It works with a nude bra, but any other color is super visible.

Current/Elliott Stiletto Jeans

My medium-dark wash pair of Current/Elliott Stilettos is easily my most worn pair of skinny jeans.  The fit is superb and they don't stretch out.  Right now Shopbop has some really great classic washes available, but also some fun options as illustrated above.  Released hems, high-waists, marble print, and destruction are all great Fall trends.  Current/Elliott's boyfriend jeans are also fantastic.

The Great Ruffle Tee

I only got this top last month and have since worn it countless times.  It layers up so cute under sweaters, pairs perfectly with high-waisted jeans, or rocks with a blazer.  I am seriously tempted by the striped one at 25% off...  For reference, I have a 2 and it's a generous fit, but I'd still call it a relaxed medium.  It is a little short in length, but lowrise jeans aren't my thing so it's all good :)  There are also a few more adorable ruffle hem tops. 

Lace-up Flats

Guys, I went back and counted and I've posted my lace-up flats on instagram 18,428 times.  Kidding.  I didn't really count, but I'm pretty sure it's close to that number.  I adore them.  ADORE.  So that means they're in heavy rotation.  Maybe I can justify the Aquazzura ones I've been staring at since Spring.  Not likely at that price point though :(

Green Handbags I am loving green for Fall, and I think a handbag is the perfect way to add a little dose to any outfit.  *Sadly the Tory Burch cross body pictured isn't included in the sale 

Fringe Booties Fringe is HUGE this season, but I have a hard time embracing it in all its forms.  Booties are the perfect place for a touch of fringe, without feeling overwhelmingly like a craft project, Pocahontas, or any other stereotypical fringe-associated noun.  Plus those wine red ones are just too gorgeous, no?!

Drapey Open Cardigans How can somebody not love a cozy drapey cardi?!  They're the perfect Fall trend to pair with a simple t-shirt or turtleneck, a button down, or even belt over a dress.  I love how versatile the above options are, especially the second from the left by Vince.  SO gorg.  I also just snagged a couple colors in this open cardi for under $25.  Winning.
