Happy Monday all!  Hope everyone had a great weekend and a wonderful Mother's Day.  

We had my parents over for dinner, and my mom is a salad-loving health nut, so I kept things simple with a salad bar, fruit salad, and veggies and hummus.  We also had a raw, gluten free chocolate tart for dessert, that isn't pictured, but I think it was my favorite part.
