This dress was part of my mini shopping-spree in Chicago.  I have been vying for a the perfect navy and cream striped dress for over a year.  It all started when Taylor Swift wore this adorable Gorman dress, which of course sold out immediately.  Nearly 18 month's time has diluted my memory of her dress, so while mine is by no means identical, it offers a few of the features that had me so enamored with hers. For instance, I love how the stripes are broken up to create a more flattering silhouette.  This dress actually seems more versatile to me as well.  I can't wait to pair it with colored tights and knee-high boots or a military inspired jacket and some ankle boots for fall.  The possibilities are endless.
