I'll keep things short today, because I'm sure we're all busy. I'm spending the day brining turkey, baking cornbread (for the most delicious cornbread stuffing), and whipping up my favorite Thanksgiving appetizer, cranberry jalapeño salsa over goat cheese (I don't bother with the "bomb" just spread the goatcheese and top with the salsa, then devour with wheat thins)...
