How to Add Your Blog Link to A Comment Signature

Reading and commenting on other blogs is a big part of networking.  Making your blog easily accessible through the comments you leave is ideal.  You know how some people put a fancy link to their blog within their signature?  Typically that's accomplished with a little simple HTML code.  Some commenting platforms enable you to add your blog's URL (your web address, for instance my URL is www.sincerelyjennamarie.com) to your 'profile' or automatically translate a typed URL into a clickable link, while many do not.  Blogger for instance leaves a URL as plain text.

So on to the technical stuff ;)

Here's the code if you just want to copy and paste:

Simply sub in your blog's URL in place of mine.  Then put whatever text you would like to appear as the link in place of "Sincerely Jenna Marie".

Below is how the above code appears:

Sincerely Jenna Marie

If you want to get extra fancy and add italic or bold text to your signature, you can also utilize the tags below.

If all this talk of tags and brackets is freaking you out, check out my introduction to HTML post.

If I can better clarify anything, let me know :)
