My New Favorite Sweater + Hello Monday Linkup

Psst!  Right now Banana Republic is 50% off and oh my did I do some shopping!  With the transition to an actual business casual environment, I've been stocking up on pencil skirts, skinny trousers, and some nicer tops.  Among all my finds was this sweater (which I have now ordered in multiple colors🙈) and it is SO good.  It's a super dreamy blend of silk and cashmere, yet very lightweight and breathable.  I have a few half-sleeve sweaters this same blend from this Summer so when I saw the long-sleeve version come out for Fall, I was thrilled.  It comes in a ton of other colors and v-neck and a cardigan version too.
